VitalsVersus Account & Data Deletion
We respect your right to delete your account and all associated data. You can request deletion using either method below.
What is retained: Challenges with other participants will continue. Your name in past results will be replaced with "Deleted User" to preserve the integrity of shared challenge history.
If you want to remove your health data and challenge participation but keep your account, open VitalsVersus and go to Settings > Delete Account > Clear Health Data. This removes:
Your account, profile, and settings are kept. You can rejoin challenges later.
Send an email from your account's email address with the subject line "Health Data Deletion Request". We will verify and process your request within 30 days (typically much sooner) while keeping your account active.
Open VitalsVersus, go to Settings > Delete Account, type "DELETE" to confirm, and tap the button. Your account and all data will be deleted immediately.
If you no longer have access to the app, send an email from your account's email address with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
We will verify and process your request within 30 days (typically much sooner).
Upon account deletion, the following data is permanently removed:
